| We are very pleased that our representatives in Congress have passed comprehensive health care reform legislation. While it isn’t perfect, the Patient Protection and Accountable Care Act moves us towards universal coverage, improved and more affordable care, numerous delivery system reforms and better control of long term costs.
No less challenging than passing this bill will be its implementation. Work with our nonpartisan, grassroots organization to help ensure that heath care reform is implemented locally and at the state level as expeditiously, fairly, and smoothly as possible, for the benefit of all - plan enrollees, patients, health care providers, employers, administrators, insurance companies and taxpayers. |
